Self pick up

For everyone in Berlin and Brandenburg or for those visiting, it is possible to collect the ordered goods yourself in our Café. Simply choose Store pickup and collect your order in our Café at Karl-Marx-Str. 162, 12043 Berlin. We are right at the southern exit of the Subway station Karl-Marx-Straße (U7).

Germany

We use DHL Go Green for climate friendly shipping within Germany. The shipping costs are 4.90 EUR per shipment. Shipping usually takes place on the working day following the order. We expect a shipping time of approximately 3 days. You will receive a tracking number from us, which you can use to track the shipment.

We offer free shipping for orders above EUR 49.00

EU countries (except Germany)

We use DHL for shipping to countries in the European Union with DHL International. The shipping costs are 14.90 EUR. Shipping usually takes place on the working day following the order. We expect a shipping time of 5 - 7 days.

Other non-EU countries

If delivery is made to a non-EU country, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may be payable by the customer, but not to the provider; instead, they must be paid to the relevant customs or tax authorities in that country. The customer is advised to inquire about the details with the customs or tax authorities before placing an order.
