Frequently Asked Questions
We have two types of coffee subscriptions. With the Warawul Coffee Club subscription, we send you 2 different packs of specialty coffee every 4 weeks in your chosen size. The coffees are a mix of microlots and single farm & single origin coffees, suitable for pour over, coffee machines, Aeropress, and French press. You can also choose specific coffees and subscribe to them individually. You can set the delivery interval and quantity on a weekly basis. You can also adjust which coffee you want to subscribe to at any time.
We roast on Fridays. Your coffee is then usually shipped on Saturday. This way you always receive freshly roasted coffee.
Simply create a user account with the same email address you used to set up your subscription. When you log in and click the person icon in the top right, you'll reach your user portal. There you can easily manage your subscription under the Subscriptions tab.
You can pause your subscription at any time in your user account. You won't be charged and won't receive any coffee while the subscription is paused. If your subscription has already been charged for the delivery interval, we'll still send you the coffee, then the subscription will be paused. Before each billing, you'll receive an email from us announcing the charge. You can reactivate it at any time.
