We received a lot of questions from you regarding Warawul's coffee roasting schedule. Warawul's second roast day is thus a welcome opportunity for us to share how we currently plan our roasting so that the coffee gets to you as fresh as possible.

After three months of waiting for all bureaucratic processes to be completed and an intense period of getting everything off the ground, last Friday was finally the big day - it was time to roast our first coffee: Gitesi Peaberry and Espresso.
