1 Scope of application
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online store. Our online store is aimed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his trade, business or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who or which, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in exercise of his or its trade, business or profession.

2 Contractual partner, conclusion of contract, correction options
The purchase contract is concluded with Warawul Coffee GmbH, Briesestr. 31, 12053 Berlin, registered at Charlottenburg Local Court (Berlin), HRB 258163 B, Managing Directors Christian Seiler and Zoulkanine Affo Tenin.
By placing the products in the online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.
If a product is no longer available due to being out of stock, for example seasonal coffee products, we reserve the right to suggest an alternative product. You can accept the alternative product or withdraw from the purchase.

3 Contract language
The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: German
We save your order and send you the order data.


4. Terms of delivery
Shipping costs are added to the indicated product prices. You can find out more about the shipping costs in the order process.
We only deliver by mail. We do not deliver to packing stations.
In-person collection by the customer is only possible in exceptional cases and only if agreed with us prior to the order.

In the ordering process, you connect with your PayPal account. Your PayPal account will be charged immediately after placing the order. SEPA Direct Debit

In the ordering process, you grant us a direct debit mandate. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order. Payment processing is carried out by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (SPEL), 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland. In the event of non-payment by direct debit, we reserve the right to charge you processing fees.

Bank Transfer

In the ordering process, you select bank transfer and then make your transfer to us. The goods remain our property until payment is received.


6. Reservation of ownership
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.

8 Warranty and guarantees
The statutory liability for defects applies. Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online store.

9. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage. We are not obliged or willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.


10. Protection of minors
If your order includes goods whose sale is subject to age restrictions, we use a reliable procedure including a personal identity and age check to ensure that the customer has reached the required minimum age. The deliverer will only hand over the goods after an age check has been carried out and only to the customer personally.
