What is the difference between the Timemore C5 Pro and older models such as the C2 or C3?

The C5 Pro features an improved 42 mm S2C burr and a more precise adjustment mechanism (0.031 mm per click). This results in a more consistent grind, a more stable housing, and an overall higher-quality feel.

What brewing methods is the C5 Pro suitable for?

The C5 Pro is perfect for pour-over, filter coffee, French press, AeroPress, Moka Pot and other manual brewing methods.

How finely can the grind be adjusted?

The adjustment wheel has 48 clicks per rotation – each click corresponds to 0.031 mm. This allows you to adjust the grind extremely precisely, whether you want a coarse grind for a French press or a fine grind for pour-over.

How do I clean the Timemore C5 Pro hand grinder?

Simply remove the upper part, carefully clean the grinding discs with the brush provided or a soft brush, and then reassemble. Do not use water to clean the metal parts in order to protect them.

Is the Timemore C5 Pro suitable for beginners?

Yes! Despite its professional design, the grinder is easy to use and ideal for beginners who value quality and craftsmanship—but also for experienced home baristas who seek precision.
