The precise grind settings will vary depending on your beans and your personal taste preferences. Adjust the settings and take note of the results until you find the flavor profile that’s right for you.

Remove the bottom ground coffee container. Turn the click wheel clockwise to “0” until it stops moving. Next, turn the click wheel counter-clockwise to your desired grind size setting (see recommendations above).

Disassemble the grinder into its parts. Use the Timemore brush to gently clean each part before putting everything back together. If you are using your Timemore frequently, we recommend cleaning the grinder once every two weeks.

No, if you are happy with your current brew it is not necessary to adjust the setting. But you should reset your TImemore C3S Pro whenever you want to try a different brewing method and after cleaning the grinder.

The innovative design of TIMEMORE’s patented S2C (spike to cut) grinder means you can grind any beans, no matter the roast level or bean type. Grinding time will vary depending on your desired grind size, but generally coarser grinds (French press) are ready faster than finer grinds (espresso).
