Gitesi Peaberry
Gitesi Peaberry stands out as a rare coffee made from the Red Bourbon variety and processed by Aimé Gahizi and the team at Gitesi Coffee. It is grown in the highlands above Lake Kivu, where the climate is relatively mild.
The result is a sweet and delicate flavor profile that will infuse a moment of joy into your day.

Lensa Gari
This natural-processed coffee comes from the Lensa Gari washing station in the Guji region of Ethiopia. The station is operated by Fitsum Bekere of Sweet Plus Coffee. The coffee is grown by smallholder farmers at 2,100 meters above sea level in the Hambella district.
In the cup, it offers a vibrant and expressive flavor profile with floral notes, ripe blueberries, and a smooth chocolate finish. It is a classic yet elegant interpretation of a Guji coffee, combining clarity, sweetness, and depth.

Cascaritas Classic
Cascaritas Washed is an Arabica coffee of the Parainema variety. The coffee was grown on the Cascaritas farm in Honduras by Hidardo Hernández and his family. It was processed using the washed method, resulting in great clarity and pleasant citrus notes such as tangerine and orange, along with a light sweetness reminiscent of sugarcane. The coffee has a medium roast level. We recommend brewing it as a filter, in a French Press, or using an espresso maker.

El Rodeo Classic
El Rodeo Classic is a washed Castillo from the Reyes Family at Hacienda El Rodeo in Curití, Santander, Colombia. It’s a clean, approachable cup—perfect for everyday enjoyment. We’ve selected an Omniroast profile to highlight its natural sweetness and gentle acidity, with inviting notes of milk chocolate, ripe plum, and bright pomelo. Brew it your way—whether as a pour-over, stovetop espresso, French press, AeroPress, or with your filter coffee machine
