Kalita has been producing filter paper since 1958. Wave filters have 20 waves, which minimise direct contact between the filter paper and the dripper. This helps retain heat during brewing while allowing water to flow through the filter.
Compatibility
The Wave coffee filters in size 185 are suitable for brewing 2–4 cups and fit Kalita Wave drippers as well as other flat-bottom drippers, including those from Loveramics.
Practical and biodegradable
Using paper filters simplifies brewing and cleanup. Kalita Wave filters are 100% biodegradable and compostable. After brewing, simply lift out the filter with the used coffee grounds and place it in the compost bin.
