El Mandarino Natural
El Mandarino Natural is an exceptional Arabica of the Parainema variety. It is grown by Rosy Dariela Mancía and her husband Roy Hernández in the mountainous southwest of Honduras. The careful anaerobic natural process gives this coffee a bold and fruit-forward character.
Controlled fermentation of whole coffee cherries creates a vibrant sweetness with notes of orange, apple, cherry, and a hint of caramel. We recommend brewing it as filter coffee, in an AeroPress©, or as a turbo-shot espresso to fully enjoy its layered profile.

Lensa Gari
This natural-processed coffee comes from the Lensa Gari washing station in the Guji region of Ethiopia. The station is operated by Fitsum Bekere of Sweet Plus Coffee. The coffee is grown by smallholder farmers at 2,100 meters above sea level in the Hambella district.
In the cup, it offers a vibrant and expressive flavor profile with floral notes, ripe blueberries, and a smooth chocolate finish. It is a classic yet elegant interpretation of a Guji coffee, combining clarity, sweetness, and depth.
