Gitesi

We are officially sold out of Gitesi Natural, and our remaining stock of Gitesi Peaberry is coming to an end. The good news is that the new harvest from Gitesi Coffee Washing Station arrived this week, and we expect to have our full Gitesi offering back on the menu in March. Thank you for your patience, and for the continued love for these coffees.

☕ Cascaritas Chardonnay

We roasted the last batch of this tasty experimental microlot and have a limited number of bags remaining. Now is the last chance to stock up or try it before it’s gone.

New Coffees Available Now

We are delighted to introduce two new coffees, which are available now.

☕ Quetzal Decaf from Mexico

Yes, we finally (!) have a decaffeinated coffee and we can only say that it was worth the wait. Quetzal Decaf comes from Chiapas, Mexico, is sourced through Ensambles Coffee and produced by smallholder communities in the Sierra Madre region. This fully washed, Mountain Water decaffeinated coffee delivers everything we love about high-quality decaf without compromise. Expect soft brown sugar sweetness, gentle dark chocolate, nutty notes, bright citrusy orange, and a subtle hint of warm spices. Balanced, approachable, and full of character, this is a decaf that stands confidently alongside our fully caffeinated offerings.

☕ Lensa Gari from Ethiopia

From the Guji region of Ethiopia, this natural-processed coffee is produced at the Lensa Gari Station by Fitsum Bekere of Sweet Plus Coffee. Grown at 2,100 meters in the Hambella District and made from Ethiopian heirloom varieties, it offers a vibrant and expressive cup profile. Floral aromatics lead into ripe berry sweetness, rounded out by smooth chocolate notes. Carefully dried on raised beds, this coffee is a beautiful expression of Guji terroir and a standout for lovers of fruit-forward coffees.

Coming Soon

We also have more to look forward to in the coming weeks.

We’ll soon be launching Angostura Natural, produced by Arleen and Maria Jimenez, makers of our Angostura Espresso. This will be an omniroast, developed especially for those who enjoy medium-roasted filter coffees with balance and structure.

Alongside it, Gitesi Gold will be joining our Rwanda offerings. We are developing this espresso profile especially for Überlegen, the online marketplace for direct trade coffees that we joined last year. But we also want to make it available for our Warawul fans here.

We’ll be sharing more details about both coffees very soon, including stories from origin and tasting notes, so stay tuned for upcoming posts.

As always, thank you for brewing with us and for supporting the producers behind every cup.
