We’re introducing El Rodeo Classic, a washed Arabica Castillo from the Reyes Family at Hacienda El Rodeo in Curití, Santander, Colombia. This is a clean, versatile coffee with tasting notes of milk chocolate, plum, and pomelo—a classic Colombian profile that works well across brew methods.
