Avoid vinegar as it can damage the internal components. If you notice slower brewing times, mineral build-up, or strange flavors in your coffee, it’s a good indication that it’s time to descale.
The thermos jug and the filter holder are not dishwasher safe. Wash them by hand using warm water and mild dishwashing liquid.
