New Shipping Partners DHL and DPD
We know that shipping costs are an important factor in your decision to order from us. Nobody likes paying extra. That’s why we always strive to keep shipping fees as low as possible. In the future, we will be working with both DHL and DPD.
We want to avoid you having to pay extra shipping costs for your orders with us. That's why orders over €49 are shipped free of charge. Additionally, you can order freshly roasted coffee as a sample set without any shipping costs.
However, these offers also need to be economically viable for us. Unfortunately, DHL increased its prices in October. As a result, we now pay €5.50 per package, which is more than the shipping costs we charge. And this DHL price doesn't even include extra fees or costs for return shipments.
To avoid raising our shipping costs, we have reached out to other parcel delivery services and decided to start shipping packages with DPD in the future. We are very satisfied with the deliveries we have received from DPD. The tracking is accurate, and the packages arrive quickly and on time.
Smaller shipments and shipments to certain EU countries will still be sent via DHL.
