Find us at the CORRETTO Coffee Festival - 5th and 6th July in Hamburg
As a new member of the Überlegen Kollektiv, we are thrilled to be able to participate in the CORRETTO Kongress 2025 in Hamburg. This inspiring two-day coffee event is hosted by Überlegen and Quijote Kaffee, bringing together roasters and advocates for sustainable, transparent coffee sourcing.

☕ Saturday, July 5: CORRETTO Trade Congress (Registration Closed)
This year’s theme: "Purchasing Green Coffee and Cooperation in the Industry"
Up to 80 specialty coffee roasters will come together to explore direct trade models and new ideas for long-term cooperation in the coffee industry. The day will feature exciting keynote talks and open discussions with leading voices in the field, including:
- Peter Dupont – Founder of Coffee Collective, the first direct trade roastery in Europe (Copenhagen)
- Karl Wienhold – Author of Cheap Coffee and creator of Coffee Economics with Karl
- Oliver Klitsch – Founder of Flying Roasters and Roasters United
- Steffi Hesse – Founder of Quijote Kaffee and the COMSA Natural project
- Kleber Cruz – Green coffee buyer at GEPA
- Lukas Harbig – Co-founder of cumpa
The goal of the congress is to reflect on two decades of direct trade and fair coffee practices, and to co-create resilient sourcing models that benefit both producers and roasters alike.
Please note: Registration for Saturday is now closed.
But the fun continues on Sunday with a coffee festival open to all 👇
