Cancellation policy
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform Warawul Coffee GmbH, Briesestr. 31, 12053 Berlin, Germany, phone: 01515 3309 139, e-mail: [email protected] of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail or a letter sent by post). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the return notification.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. For system-related reasons, no other means of repayment is possible for this process; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
You must return or hand over the goods to us (Warawul Coffee GmbH, Briesestr. 31, 12053 Berlin, Germany) immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. Warawul Coffee GmbH shall bear the costs of the return shipment, provided that you use the appropriate return label, which you can request from us by e-mail ([email protected]).
If the goods have lost value, you only have to pay for this if it is due to handling by you that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
When returning machines, please ensure that the water tank has been emptied and the machine is packed securely for transportation.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if:
- The contract is for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
- The contract is for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
- The contract for the supply of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery.
