Big Things Brewing: New Coffees & Producers at warawul

Summer and fall 2025 are shaping up to be exciting seasons at warawul! We're refreshing our coffee lineup with returning favorites, innovative micro-lots, and brand-new producers. Here's a look at what’s on the horizon — and what’s left on the shelf (for now).

    👋 Goodbye to La Colmena

Our beloved La Colmena from the monKaaba smallholder producer group in Colombia is gone. But not forever. La Colmena will be back later in 2025.

    🏃🏽 Bella Vista running low

Our stock of Bella Vista Espresso is running low - and with high interest from B2B customers and loyal fans, the coffee will probably not be available for much longer. So best to stock up quickly while it's still available. 🥷

🌿 Returning Favorites & Exciting New Lots from CAFESMO, Honduras

We’re thrilled to bring back coffees from Cascaritas Farm, and to introduce a new woman producer from the CAFESMO collective.

    ✅ Arriving September 2025

    Cascaritas Espresso & Cascaritas Classic

Washed Parainema from Hidardo Hernández — clean, well-structured coffees. We’ll be bringing back both the espresso and filter profiles.

    ✨ New Arrivals from Honduras

    Natural Anaerobic Parainema (limited release)

From Rosy Dariela Mancía (El Mandarino Farm) – a vibrant and fruit-forward profile from a first-time warawul collaborator.

Think: bold tropicals, berry acidity, and a silky mouthfeel

Honey Enzyme + Chardonnay Yeast Pacas (limited release)

A playful, small-lot experimental coffee by Hidardo Hernández, bursting with complexity and nuance.

    Notes: winey, juicy, layered sweetness

🇨🇷 Coming Soon from Costa Rica / Beneficio La Angostura

We're proud to be working with the talented Arleen Jimenez of Beneficio La Angostura for the second year in a row. Arriving later this year, two Caturra lots, prepared two ways, that we’ll be roasting for filter and for espresso:

    • Caturra Honey – round, sweet, and transparent.
    • Caturra Natural – fruit-forward with depth and structure.

Arleen’s coffee, La Angostura Espresso, flew off the shelf last year. We can’t wait to release these beauties from Arleen later this year.
